The majority of my work is based on nature and the play of light and colour on trees, water and foliage. My style is often bold, abstract and surreal, especially in my digital art. I manipulate my camera settings to deliberately exaggerate the light and colour levels, experimenting with overexposing and blurring. I adore colour and organic shapes, with natural textures that you can almost 'feel' with the eye.

I’m Sasha, an adept juggler of multiple responsibilities. Photographer, digital artist, social media manager, content creator, author, editor, and home-educating parent.

Before starting a family, I was a graphic designer, photographer and photo re-toucher at Ealing Film Studios in London. My keen eye for design is used now in my content creation and digital projects. Formally a professional Adobe user, I now predominantly use (and love!) Canva.

I’m the founder and editor of The Home Ed Daily, a unique website dedicated to all aspects of home education.

I design printable digital downloads for my shop, ‘Dartmoor Kin’. Many of my resources are ideal for a nature curriculum or journal, with topics like moon phases, wheel of the year calendars, phenology guides and nature study wheels.

I self-published a book all about ‘The Wheel of the Year’ and pagan festivals whilst researching their fascinating origins in Western European history.
